VIVONEST offers free standard shipping on all orders shipped within the contiguous United States. There are no minimum purchase requirements or promotional codes needed—free shipping is automatically applied at checkout for every qualifying address. This policy applies to all products listed on our store, unless otherwise noted during special promotional events. Please note that free shipping does not apply to orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations; for those locations, shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Order Processing and Handling Time
All orders are subject to a handling period of 1 to 3 business days after the order is placed and payment is confirmed. Handling time includes order verification, product selection, quality checks, and packaging. Orders placed after 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) will begin processing on the next business day. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or federal holidays observed in the United States. During peak seasons or high-volume periods, handling times may be extended by an additional 1 to 2 business days; we will communicate any delays via the email address you provide.
Shipping Method and Transit Time
Once your order leaves our facility, standard transit time is estimated at 3 to 6 business days. We partner with reputable carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure reliable delivery. The transit window begins the day after your order ships and does not include weekends or holidays. While we make every effort to meet these estimates, VIVONEST cannot guarantee exact delivery dates due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs processing. Shipping Address and Changes
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of checkout. VIVONEST is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to modify your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at the email or phone number below. We will attempt to update the address if the order has not yet been shipped. Once an order is in transit, address changes cannot be guaranteed.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments
If your package is lost, damaged during transit, or significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please reach out to our customer support team. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. VIVONEST is not liable for delays caused by inclement weather, natural disasters, or carrier operational issues.
